Center for Health Care Quality

Missouri Primary Care Association (MPCA) organizes its quality and performance improvement work under the umbrella of the Missouri Center for Health Care Quality. Center for Health Care Quality is an organizational sub unit within the Association. Staff members work closely with health centers and partners on various quality and performance improvement initiatives. Quality coaches have a variety of expertise and certifications in the areas of nursing, risk management, quality improvement, practice management and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Improvement focus areas within the Center for Health Care Quality include Missouri Quality Improvement Network (MOQuIN) Chronic Pain Care, Chronic Disease Collaborative, Oral Health, Pharmacist Integration, Behavioral Health Integration, and MO HealthNet Primary Care Health Home Initiative (PCHH).
