Suzanne Massman, LPN, PCMH-CCE, Lead Practice Transformation Coordinator

 

Suzanne Massman has been with MPCA since November 2019, she serves as Lead Practice Transformation Coach for the Primary Care Health Home program. Suzanne has over 25 years of experience working in the medical field as an LPN at SSM St. Mary’s Health in Jefferson City.  During her time at SSM, she worked extensively with medical group management, customer service, performance measures, data analysis, patient safety and quality improvement.  Suzanne also has experience with PCMH, NCQA, RHC, PDSA, Gemba and MDI.
