MPCA Honors Recipients of the 2017 Community Healthcare Awards of Excellence
On October 11, members of the Missouri Primary Care Association met in Branson, Missouri, to honor the 2017 recipients of the Community Healthcare Awards of Excellence. Alan Freeman of Affinia Healthcare received MPCA's most prestigious award, the Samuel U. Rodgers Achievement Award; Mr. David Miller and Ms. Caritas Habimana were honored as Hometown Heroes; five new recipients received Christopher S. "Kit" Bond Scholarships; and Mrs. Mayme Hughes Rodgers spoke about the early years of Missouri's first Community Health Centers in honor of the event.
