Matt Younger joins the staff of MPCA


Matt Younger recently joined the Missouri Primary Care Association as Vice President of Development and External Affairs. Prior, he served as the CEO of Northwest Health Services, Inc., a non-profit FQHC network of Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Dental clinics serving 15 counties in Northwest Missouri. Previously, he was the Director of Field Operations for Platinum Health Care, LLC. He also served for five years as the Administrator of the Section for Long-Term Care Regulation at Missouri's Department of Health and Senior Services. Prior to that, was the Administrator of the Oregon Care Center – a 60-bed SNF in rural, Northwest Missouri. Matt maintains an active Administrator license. He has an M.S. in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University, he’s been a regular guest lecturer and a steering committee member of the Leadership Development Academy at the University of Missouri for several years and he’s taught medical professionals how to preserve their idealism at Patch Adams' Gesundheit! Institute in West Virginia. He's thankful to have a life and a career where he can help others.
