Sam Joseph to Join MPCA as Center for Health Care Quality Director
MPCA is delighted to announce that Sam Joseph will be joining us
as Center for Health Care Quality Director in mid-May. Mr. Joseph is a practicing certified Physician Assistant who has served Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers for the past seventeen years, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. In addition to his clinical and organizational expertise, he is formally trained and experienced in health care informatics and analytics, change management, and quality improvement strategies and techniques.
At MPCA, Sam will oversee the Center for Health Care Quality, including the Missouri Quality Improvement Network, the Oral Health Network of Missouri and many of the programs and services provided by MPCA. He brings valuable health center and clinician experience and perspective to your association staff. We are very honored that he will be joining our team.
