Rana Robinson, BSRT(R), Practice Transformation Coordinator
Rana Robinson, BSRT(R), joined the Missouri Primary Care Association in January 2022. She serves as a Practice Transformation Coach for the Primary Care Health Home (PCHH) program in which she assists with practice transformation coaching, training and technical assistance, PCMH application and transformation assistance.
Prior to joining the Missouri Primary Care Association, Rana spent 23 years working in various roles within the Family Practice Outpatient Clinic setting with SSM Health in Jefferson City, with the last 7 of those years in Management/Operations of Outpatient Practices including Rural Health Clinics (RHC). She is well versed in medical group management, customer service, performance measures, data analysis, patient safety, quality improvement, PCMH, RHC, PDSA, Gemba and MDI.
Rana received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1999 from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO.
