Quality Coaching

Investing in training and technical assistance is critical to the success of an organization’s pursuit of operational, clinical, and financial excellence.  MPCA provides Quality Coaching services in teams to assist organizations achieve the Triple Aim of lower cost, higher quality through improved patient outcomes, and patient satisfaction.  Quality coaching may involve a wide range of activities, depending on the needs and goals of the practice. Taken together, these form a coherent set of activities for practice change and redesign. They include, but aren’t limited to, the following:


  • Assistance with quality, integrity, and performance improvement

  • Assistance with high utilizers of the emergency room or inpatient services

  • Assistance with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition Application  and Renewal

  • Assistance with Quality Improvement and practice transformation
