Director of Compliance & Value Based Programs
Natalie Dykman, MPH, joined the Missouri Primary Care Association in January of 2021. She serves as the Director of Compliance & Value Based Programs where she works with Federally Qualified Health Centers on various value-based care initiatives and programs to improve quality and performance. With a certification in officer of healthcare compliance, Ms. Dykman acts as a subject matter expert for compliance and risk management issues affecting FQHCs. Ms. Dykman received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2009 from Missouri Southern State University and her Master’s in Public Health in 2015 from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, MO. Ms. Dykman has spent over 20 years working in various roles in healthcare including prehospital and emergency care as a paramedic and hospital and outpatient management. Ms. Dykman served as the Director of Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management in a Federally Qualified Health Center in Southwest Missouri for over four years working to improve delivery of and access to quality healthcare for underserved populations.
