The Chief Operating Officer (COO) Network is comprised of the COO of each CHC. The Network meets face-to-face, by webinar, or by teleconference at least twice per year and as needed. The purpose of the Network is to provide a learning environment for COOs to assist them in staying abreast of developments and changes at the local, state, and national levels in regard to operations, quality improvement, corporate compliance, and policy/ procedures specific to health centers and nonprofits. The goal of the Network is to provide a friendly, helpful environment for peer-to-peer networking, mentoring, training, and technical assistance. The Network listserv is a method to request assistance from peers and to share information as needed.
